Liverpool Running Bugs
 
Liverpool Running Bugs is a friendly and very social running club based in East Liverpool, Whiston. The group is open to anyone who wants to run and have fun. We have two training sessions each week: Tuesday - Speed (Together); Thursday Longer steadier run (Groups). All abilities are welcome and will fit into both sessions. Our vests will be seen every week at one of the many local park runs. If you are looking to join a running group this year then get in touch with us - We are a growing club and welcome new members all the time.
