We are a small friendly running club, a mixed ability group and welcome all newcomers no matter how fast, slow, fat, thin, little or large. If you would like to join us for a run then please use the contact link on our Contact Us Page, or just turn up at the Airport Inn, Altrincham Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire – Spindles Health Club bar, located at the rear of the hotel ready to run at 6pm on Either Tuesday or Thursday Evening.
