Virgin Active Preston have 2 elite standard runners organising runs around the footpaths close to the club. Runs will be pre-planned and tailored to ALL ABILITIES. We will mostly run close to the river ribble behind the club. This is a chance to burn calories at a faster rate, get fitter and faster, as well as enjoying the outdoors with others!
