Spirit of Monmouth
 
We meet every Tuesday at 7:30 and Sunday mornings at 9:00 at Monmouth School Sports Centre near Lidls in Monmouth. Dependent on numbers we split into 4 groups, beginners, intermediate, advanced and elite. If your a complete novice please don't be scared, there are plenty of people new to running so it's not too daunting. As a group we try and get together socially once a month with meals out, skittles and quizzes. Please feel free to come and join us!
