The club competes in Road Running, Track & Field, Cross Country, Race Walking and Disability Athletics in all age groups. Members range from 9 to over 80. Male and Female, Young Athletes, Juniors, Seniors and Vets all enjoy being members. We have coaches that are only too willing to give advice and are only too pleased to welcome all standards from beginners to top class athletes. There are many benefits to be gained from being a member of an affiliated athletic club.
