We welcome all abilities , We actively encourage communication & feedback so that we can continue to build membership. We are a group of ladies of mixed abilities. Some of our ladies run for fun, to keep fit, to socialize, & some ladies enter races of various distances. There are showers, lockers & changing facilities. A great bar to have a social drink in after your run & if you wish a bite to eat. We are affiliated club to the North of England Athletic Association.
