Traditional track and field athletics club with cross country in the winter and some road running. Members are expected to compete if selected in the track, cross country and/or road teams. Members from 9yrs to 70yrs Training Tue and Thur eve 6.30pm and Sunday mornings. All other details re membership etc available on website.
