small friendly club catering for runners of all abilities regularly competing (if you wish) in Road, X/C, Hill running & ultra races meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at local Marr College Sports Complex 7:00pm & on Sundays (10:am) for a longish run (informal) This year on Wednesday May 8th we will be hosting the 28th running of the Troon Tortoises 10K a very successful event(1100 limit) of which our members are justifiably proud
