As a club we have a range of athletes of varying abilities but like to encourage and include everyone. We run a full cross-country, road and track and field season. It’s not all about serious competition with us however; we also make sure that we have a good time as well: loads of social nights, training weekends, the Easter Athletics Festival on the Isle of Man and a friendly match with St. Andrews.
