We are a very friendly club who welcome everyone whatever standard the are. Members range from 8yrs.The seniors train on a Thursday night from the Copsewood Sports Club, Allard Way. with a ladies group meeting at 6.60 and the senior men at 7.00. various distances and pace are available. The junior sections main training night is Monday at Lyng Hall School in Blackberry Lane and starts at 7.oo and the training is based usually around the new track.
