Penny Lane Striders
 
Penny Lane Striders was formed in 1985 by Neville Parsons and Jack Clarke, with the assistance of Gordon Hall. All three shared the same passion, of wanting to establish an organised running club to accommodate the grass roots runner. The Club is now firmly established, with over 150 members being represented by a nominated Club Committee. Club members meet at 18:45 at Garston Leisure Centre, Long Lane,on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We regularly welcome new members to join us.
