Maidenhead A.C. is a friendly club that welcomes all and caters for all ages and abilities from beginners to County standard and beyond. Our Senior section meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and competes in Road Running and Cross Country. Our Junior section competes in Track & Field, Sports Hall and Cross Country. Beginners courses are held regularly to introduce newcomers to jogging, running and athletics.
