Training Monday and Thursday evenings. Additional, regular track training sessions too. Other runs organised at weekends and between members on many other occasions. We participate in the Sussex Grand Prix, East Sussex Cross Country League and South Downs Relay amongst other events, but also have a lot of 'fun runners' who enjoy the social life of the club, too!
