Training, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.00pm Cater for all types of athletics, track and field, road running, cross country as well as having very close tie ups with other associated sports such as triathletes We have 2 senior mens' teams and one ladies team - all in the Southern leagues, and u20, u17 u13 and u11, all offering a lot opportunity Training is run by a group of experienced and qualified coaches covering the majority of disciplines
