Cumberland AC
 
Established in 1983 Cumberland AC is West Cumbria's largest road running club with approx. 80 members. Catering for all abilities, and ages from early 20's to mid 70's, we are noted for our friendly camaraderie. Many of our members also compete in fell and trail races. We meet on Tuesday evenings for a trainig run of 6 -8 miles and Thursday evenings for a session (under direction of our qualified coaches) on the track. We organise 3 races every year and have a club championship series.
