At the moment we have up to fifty youngsters, no adults although wehope to change that in the very near future, we did have a adult section but over the years the numbers fell away. We train every Thrusday night in the community hall, once a month we take the older ones down to Saltcoats to use the outside track there. we enter kids into the local x/country and indoor races.
