I used to take these for a bad back a few years ago, but my exercise regime at the time was minor, if any at all. They did seem to remove a lot of the discomfort but since I'm now exercising very regularly, I haven't been taking these and havn't noticed any detriment.

So they might work, they may not, but certainly worth a go if they are on sale.
