Hi all, I've downloaded GRG GPS Watch and the only issue Ive got is that my screen timeout affects the gps signal. I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 and can only set it to a max of 10 mins (there is no option for never) any ideas? Cheers Paul

I think the best option is to download one of the apps that prevent your screen from turning off. There are several available with good reviews. Here are a few links: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.wl&hl=en https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chemdroid.screentimeouttoggle&hl=en https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fruit4droid.anyscreentimeout&hl=en
Hope that helps. John |

Hi I've started to use the GPS stopwatch on my Samsung Galaxy III however have noticed that I keep getting split timings - any idea why this might happen? I've got the screen rotation and screen lock off. Could I be losing my GPS signal? Gill |

Hi Gill, If you don't want split times, you can change the Auto-Split setting to "Off" instead of every mile/km. The Auto-Split setting shouldn't affect the overall time for the run though. John |
