Found the Personal Goal Tracking last night and set up lots! However, I'm not sure if it's going to work for me. I set several goals to reduce my pace over different distances and it picked up my current pace from my training log, but when I knocked 2 minutes off my 7-mile time this morning it doesn't show any progress. Do I have to run a race for it to register, although I've never run a 7-mile race and it has picked up my training time? I run very few races but train twice a week over the different race distances. I'd like it to chart my training progress. Of course, it's not often that the distance is exactly, say 7 miles, and I count anything under 0.1 more as the basic distanc - would that make a difference? |

Could you add in the personal goals something on length of run please. I am working up to the Covenrty half in around 2 months time and I am steadily increasing my long run. It seems you have one for total distance but not one for individual run distance. Thanks Derek |
