Is anyone at GRG responding to member emails?

I have contacted GRG three times by email since last week, with a problem re importing my runs, and heard nothing back. Is there anybody there?

Sorry, we haven't received anything and apologies for not seeing this post .  Are you using the email on the contact us page?

I have just discovered that the new firewall we had installed was preventing the emails from the contact us page being sent.  Apologies for this.  Please try again.

Louise,

We had e mail correspondence that your website firewall is preventing FIT files being imported from my Garmin watch.

Is this likely to be resolved?

I like this website and am familiar with it and have lots of stored data but not much good to me going forward if this issue cannot be resolved.

I tried again without success, so will have another go

I did re-establish the Garmin Connect link instead and imported the run that way but I prefer to upload it myself from the FIT file as Garmin connect way seems to lose some of the information

Sorry but we can't get the FIT file import to reconnect, but are very aware of the problem and trying to get it sorted.

Yes all working again and we have all the security upgrades in place so shouldn't have any more problems.  Appologies again for the inconvenience.
