I find I can't keep any cold drinks down after a major effort, be it training or a race (although I can sip during).  So I either have a cup of tea asap after, or take my own "special recipe" - warm orange and honey, with a pinch of salt.  I also find that nibbling something salty after - plain crisps, or something similar (Jacobs Mini Cheddars or Twiglets are my particular snacks of choice!) helps get rid of any nausea.  Good luck, and hope you find something to help.

I've always found that I need to eat very soon (and a reasonable amount)  after a long run or I will start to feel sick. I know that running can surpress the appetite a bit, but why don't you try and eat something simple that you can face straight away e.g. banana/bread/cake? and then follow it up with something more substantial if you can.  You do really need to replace the calories after a long run.
