Hi Louise. OK, I'll try to explain: The homepage widget graph shows your mileage building up through the week until 7 days then moving on to a new column. What I find more useful on my spreadsheet is a rolling 7 day total. On a Monday it adds from last Tuesday- this Monday, on Tuesday adds from last Wednesday- this Tuesday etc. I get a new column every day showing the total over the past 7 days. The same can be done for a 28 day 'monthly' period the advantage being you don't have to wait until the end of the month and it is more accurate as calendar months may have anything from 28-31 days and therefore can't easily be compared. It's really a very simple formula to set up on a spreadsheet and I'm sure could be programmed into your homepage as an option. Hope this explanation helps. Mart |

Not quite sure what you mean - sorry, but if you look at the homepage widget of 'my week's training' then it shows by day. |

Thanks Louise, that's an idea but it isn't terribly convenient and you still get weekly charts rather than a daily, seven previous days chart (if that makes sense). Guess I'll just have to keep entering runs on my own spreadsheet. |

Glad you love the site! Did you know that you can change your week start? - if you go into the training planner you can select 'set week start day'. Its quite easy to change this to look at your last 7 days total and then change this back if you want. Not sure if this helps? |

I love the website but the one improvement I'd make is to give the option of a rolling seven day running total rather than the - wait til the end of the week total. It would give a smoother and more immediate graph of progress. |
