I have been having blood tests and the Doctors have found my liver enzymes continue to be raised, I had a liver scan which showed the Liver was okay, but still advised not to drink( dont drink much anyway)

I did the London Marathon and this is when I first noticed I had a problem, I had no energy right from the start, although my training had been going well and I had loaded my carbs etc correctly, even taking a few energy shots did not help.

I have not been able to run since then, Last weekend I managed to Climb up and down Snowdon

but my legs were aching and felt dead, wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this , it is really getting me down having no energy .

any advise I would really like to get back to running , but worried that I am not storing my glycogen.

and could cause more problems
