Hi Jel, I suffer from a mild Raynauds in the winter which is only a problem post run when my fingers go all white and numb if i don't immediately make a lot of effort to keep them warm and toasty. As you say during the run circualtion is not a problem! Your condition sounds a lot worse but i guess one important, and slightly obvious, thing is right after a run in cold weather to get warm straight away. It is suprisingly easy to stand around chatting, stretching or whatever. |
