Hi James.

I was wondering why you don't wear running shoes? Surely this would make running uncomfortable?! You'd be better off going to a decent sports shop: Sweatshop are great, and asking for advice. They also sell custom-made insoles called Footbalance, that I bought, that I now wear in neutral running shoes, and have found them to be great. You can change them into different shoes too, which gives support in non-running shoes also. They are about £40 but well worth it I think. You can easily buy running shoes in sales or last season's stock, so it doesn't have to break the bank. A little comfort will make running a happier experience! Good luck.

Jules
