Att 188m high, Golden Cap is the highest cliff on the South Coast and is part of the West Dorset Heritage coast. The name comes from the distinctive cap of gold coloured sand which can be seen on the cliff face.

Tough run...go to the right hand side of the car park and start run at the finger post there going downhill immediately through a gate. I managed to do an extra half mile and have scaled down my run time above which was in actuality just over the hour. Andy
