Swallowfield 10+3 and Duathlon

Description

Swallowfield 10+3 provide a series of races around the parish of Swallowfield in Berkshire.

The 10K is a sensational measured road race through rural Berkshire countryside. Starting in Swallowfield village the route passes along quiet country roads to Farley Hill and then back along country lanes to Swallowfield Parish Hall. Every competitor completing the course will receive a finishers medal. There will be special awards for the fastest in class. The roads will be closed to through traffic in Swallowfield!

The 3K fun run is on an (almost) completely off road course mainly on grass through the grounds of Swallowfield Park.

The Duathlon consists of a 6.7km run through Farley Hill, followed by a 18.5km cycle across rural West Berkshire and finishing with a flat 3.7km run around Swallowfield.
