Description

What better way to start your 2016 running programme
than the Moreton Morrell Mad Dash? A great friendly,
local race set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
Starting at the Moreton Morrell Centre, Warwickshire
College, the 10km is completed in one gently undulating
lap, and the 20km in two.

The 1km Kids Fun Run is totally within the College grounds
and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The Course

Runners leave the college via John Davies Drive, a lovely
long downhill. The route then winds its way through the country
lanes to the picturesque village of Ashorne, passing the
drinks station at 5km. There is a climb at 6km after which
the route is fairly flat until 9km. Here the competitors run back
up John Davies Drive and into the college grounds where the
10km finishes and the 20km runners head out for another lap.
