The 2.5/5k and 10k runners will start at Whitefields this time before entering the Estate and running over to the far side of Park. The 5k is one lap, the 10k a 2 lap route. The course is generally flat/undulating but there are a few cheeky hills thrown in.
The 2.5k, 1k and 50m races will be held on flat, level ground. The 2.5k, 5k and 10k races will be timed.
The route will be fully marshalled and marked out with run route arrow signs and orange flag markers.
This time there will be two water stations on the course and the finishers table will have our usual treats including fruit, sweets and cake!
First Aid will be on stand by through out the event.
