Introducing the ‘5 Rivers Challenge’, Ware

Allenburys Running Club (a running group within Allenburys Sports & Social Club, Ware) is excited to announce the ‘5 Rivers Challenge’, a brand new running event hosted in Ware, Hertfordshire.

• ‘5 Rivers Challenge’ will be held on 15^th September 2019

• The start time will be between 9:00am and 10:00am (depending on choice of event)

• The event is a narrative trail run*, with a choice of three ‘looped’ routes covering three distances: 10K (two separate routes), half-marathon (13.1m) and full marathon (26.2m)

*(A narrative trail requires participants to follow a set of written instructions on tracks, trails and roads, with limited additional signage)

• There will be ample Free Parking at the venue

• We are offering Hot and Cold Drinks and Cake(!) for all participants

• Shiny Medal for all finishers

• Goody bag

• Runners will have the use of Changing Rooms, with Lockers and Hot showers!

• Manned Bag drop

• Minimum age: 18

• All routes will start and end at Allenburys (which will also serve as a checkpoint)
