Description
For 2019 we are back at St Helen's in Thetford Forest for our extremely popular Off Road Duathlon. The course uses all the best aspects of the Thetford trails both for the bike and the run creating a two 9 km lap off road bike loop (competed for on MTBS) and a 5km trail run which you can complete individually or as part of a 2 person relay team. You will be tested on woodland trails as well as across open and single forest tracks.
