20k route - Mainly trails with some roads
This route would be best described as tough and most of the difficult terrain is found within the first 9km. The road portion of the route will be fairly quiet on a Sunday morning, but care should taken on approach to Queen Elizabeth country park where running will be close to the A3 - please be aware of cars, tractors, walkers, cyclists and horses at all times.
