A c.10km trail race in beautiful Monmouthshire woodland and countryside, brought to you by Spirit of Monmouth Running Club.

Registration opens at 9:30am, the race starts at 11:00am.

After an initial hill climb to the Trellech Beacon, the race follows woodland trails, forestry tracks and farmland back to Trellech. There is around 400ft of ascent in total. Parts of the route could potentially be very muddy, please wear trail shoes. Water station at 4 miles.

In good weather, there are beautiful views of the Brecon Beacons, the Malverns, the Wye Valley and even the Severn Bridge. Cakes and refreshments afterwards in the Babington Centre. There will be prizes for first male and female to reach the Beacon and of course age category winners and a little something for all participants.
