The Worksop Halloween half marathon and fun run is a key sporting event that is increasing in size every year and appeals to experienced athletes and as a challenge for beginners in longer distance running. The race will start and finish at the Outwood Portland Academy on Sparken hill this year and the course extends to the south and through Clumber park. We have been voted in the top 10 Runners world most scenc half marathons in the country in recent years.. Now in its 36^th year, we have a long and unbroken record for staging this event .
