This is a 5K run in and around Thetford, starting from and finishing at the Guildhall in Thetford's historic market place.   As it's part of Thetford's Winter Wonderland Christmas celebrations the town will be decorated and, at the end of the run, you and your family could then enjoy all the other festive events taking place on that day (for more info, visit www.thetfordtowncouncil.gov.uk).  In line with the theme, we would encourage you to wear fancy dress as there may well be a cheeky prize or two for the best!  Hot drinks and toilets at start/finish, plus inside area for changing and bag drop.  Arrive for registration from 9am; the run starts at 10am.  There will be medals for all finishers, and a small goody bag.  £7.50 per ticket.  Stop watch timing, and no cut off time.  Any monies raised will be donated to the Mayor of Thetford’s Charity Fund.   This event is being organised with and on behalf of Thetford Town Council.
