An accurately measured 8 mile, one lap road race on a completely flat course.

The race is in its 31st year and Lliswerry Runners  organise the Lliswerry 8 mile road race around the lanes of Goldcliff and Nash villages on the edge of Newport.

The race starts and finishes at Lliswerry Secondary School, Nash Road, Newport.

Timing chips and numbers are to be collected on the day from Race HQ at Newport Stadium.

The event is suitable for runners of all abilities!

A good quality technical T shirt will be given to each runner.

Prizes will be awarded to the male and female winners of each age category, and to the winning teams of 3 runners.
