Description

Back for its 3rd year.....'The BIG BLUE Run, a 5km charity fun run in Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch.
The run itself starts at 11am, with registration from 9:30am.

It is £8 to enter, with all money raised going to our charity.

Each participant will receive a certificate and a medal. There will also be trophys and prizes for the winners!

We are also holding a 1km kids fun run (under 12s). This is free and will start at approximately 12:30pm.
There will be food and refreshments available to make it the perfect day out in the park with the family.

Physical activity and exercise can have a great positive effect on a persons mental health, and we are keen to promote this.
Join us on the day and help us raise awa...reness of our charity and of the importance of achieving a positive mental well being.
