Track weight loss from your starting weight to a target weight Click on Weight Targets to enter your target weight, select Target: Slope, From: Start, To: Target and tick Weight. The chart will show the path from the starting weight on the chart to your target and the Weight Loss Monitor in the top right of the page will show your weight loss progress and weekly weight loss goal.
   
Monitor your on-going weight against a target level Click on Weight Targets to enter your target weight, select Target: Flat and tick Weight. The chart will show a flat-line for your target weight so you can easily see when you go above or below this level.
   
See how your fat levels have changed relative to changes in your weight Record both your weight an fat for a period of time. Then select Weight & Fat on the chart. The chart will adjust your fat measurements so that they are plotted on the same scale as your weight, starting from the same point. You can then see if your fat levels have been affected by changes in your weight.
   
Scroll the chart to show earlier or later periods of time Drag the scroll bar with the mouse or click on the scroll arrows at each end of the scrollbar.
   
Zoom in on a period of time on the chart Drag the handles on the end of the scroll bar to compress the period of time displayed and then scroll along to see the period of time you want.
   
Display the chart in full-screen mode Click on the Toggle Full Screen button in the top left corner of the chart.
   
Print the chart Tick the Printable Version box and click Refresh. Use the scrollbar to display the period you want and then click the Printer symbol in the top left corner.
   
Print the chart while displaying the axis guides that are displayed when moving your mouse over the chart Move you mouse to the position you want, right-click and select Print Chart.
