Susan A common cause of shin splints is overstriding and then pushing off with the toes too much. Try chopping your stride in front of you so that you only have your foot (when extended) beneath your hip and not further forward. Just shorten your stride and lift your heel up quickly behind you and you should be fine. Good luck with the training..... |
