I am looking for a training 'friend'. I am a recreational runner doing approximately 30 miles per week but think I need some extra motivation to improve my speed. |

Hi John. Sorry but didn't see your post earlier. This is a section that enables you to compare progress and notes with other GRG members. You need to request another member to be your training friend and they need to agree. You will then be able to see your friends' prgogress as they log runs, compare race results and other routes through the site and also see other stats and send messages direct. |
