Well its the week leading up to my first half and am raring to go and can not wait for Sunday. Now I find out if all the training has paid off, have had a couple of 10k races to "get the feel" of race day and am like a kid waiting for christmas, ie annoying everyone. Anyone else running the Cardiff half?? |

How did everyone get on? I got a lovely PB 2:06:59 literally fell over the line to get in before 2:07!! Was perfect weather and a much better finish than last year. |

Hi there I am gutted was much slower than last year, had a stressful week with a big job interview and haven't had a lot of sleep so I guess that may have been the problem oh well get training for Llanelli in march |

Congrats to all who ran yesterday, my target was 2 hrs and I finished in 1:52.59 am very very pleased, an excellent day all round. |
