Thanks Martin. I've taken that as a recommendation and ordered one. I'm a bit slow tonight after a 20-mile run today (it was a race, but I ran it as my normal long run, and I'm pretty happy to have beaten 3hrs 30) - hope the roller will help next week! Pat |

the general advice is buy an all-in-one rather than a hard inner and separate soft outer. I bought this one..

In various forums, people have mentioned using a foam massage roller: there's a huge selection online, so how do I choose? Can anyone recommend a particular make or size, or is it relative to one's own height, weight etc? I just want it to help ease out the post-long-run tightness, mostly round the thighs and butt. My long runs are 18-20 miles Thanks Pat. |
