Hi Geoffrey, good to see you are thinking of jogging which is considered one of the best weight loss exercises (and the cheapest). Please take it easy at the start.

Also statistics show that a 2 mile run burns around the same calories as a 2 mile walk, it's just that you are exercising for longer when walking, it's all relative.
