Under running routes somebody has measured the route and all the hill calculations etc were there. Has made me feel much better looking at that as my training runs have higer hill climbs. |

There is the tiniest of inclines as you leave the park at the beginning, then as you head east near Ovingdean there is a little hill, you'll be up it before you notice. The majority is flat, flat, flat and will be brilliant. |

Brighton is right on my doorstep and whilst I will not be running it this year I can tell you that it is a flat course. There are a couple of small inclines/descents near the beginning but certainly no hills as such. If you want hills - come and do the Hastings Half!!! |

I'm sure Kate can give a bit more detail, but a friend of mine ran it (while I watched/went to the pub), and he said it was reasonably flat. |

Yes, I've confirmed that I'll be taking up my deferred place. So New Forest in September, Brighton in April! Plenty to aim for. |

Further to my original post, the entries for the 2011 race opened on Monday and places are going fast! |

Totally agree, a good day at the seaside! The organisers have taken all the (constructive) comments on board and it looks like the 2011 edition will be even better, sadly the same weather can't be booked in advance.. By Monday morning all traces of the race had gone except neatly stacked barriers and loos in Preston Park, another sign of a good event. |
