Changing your mind
If you change your mind within 7 days of making a payment, we will be happy to provide a refund.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please send us the following information:

• Your Registered Email Address
• Your Membership Registration Date

You can find our contact details by selecting "Contact Us" from the "Help and Contact " menu.

Refunds will normally be made by the same method used to make the payment.
