Description

The 2016 John West Liverpool Spring 10k takes place on Sunday 1st May at the magnificent Sefton Park, L17 1AP. The race starts at 10:30am.

Runners of all abilities are welcome to take part - whether you have never done a race before or your drawer is overflowing with medals! If you would like to have a look at our 2015 race please click on the video below. Big thanks to the lads at Core Media for putting it together for us.

Last year's feedback for the 10k was fantastic! Many people who got in touch said it was their first race and that they really enjoyed the day. This year we're hoping for lots more newbies. Everybody is welcome to take part - whether your aim is to get a personal best time or to finish in one piece!
