Description
After another successful year in 2014, this great evening winter series returns to the East Midlands running calendar. A fast two lap circuit, using an accurately measured 5k course times should be quick, but the races would suit runners of all standards including beginners.
The race carries a UKA licence.
Race 2 takes place in December, with further races planned for January and February.
Prizes and trophies for winners and winners of vet categories 1 to 7. Plus team prizes and a special series prize for 1st Male and 1st Female. The series comprises four 5k races and points are awarded for race positions - and in 2014, the best three races will count towards series results.
