Northbrook AC are again staging their annual 10k Road Race to coincide with the last
weekend of the Allesley Festival. As usual the event will be supporting Coventry's Myton Hospice  and various local
charities, including the Allesley Festival Fund and Allesley Scouts.
In its fourteenth year, this very popular 10k road race will follow the well-established
scenic, traffic-free one lap course on rural roads around Allesley and Corley.
There is an accompanying 2km Fun Run which is open to children up to age 15.
The Junior Fun Run starts at the bottom of Washbrook Lane at 9.30am
The 10k race starts at the Jaguar Sports & Social Club Browns Lane at 10.15am
Road closures will be implemented to keep traffic from the course where runners are
present.
