Flat & fast. The EMF Half course follows the Edinburgh Marathon route which was voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World in 2008. Great if it's your first half marathon or if you are looking for a PB! Runners must be a minimum of 17 years on race day to enter. Please note that the route may be subject to change. The EMF Half Marathon is a road race over a measured distance of 13.1 miles. It is delivered under permit from Scottish Athletics. The race will be refereed under the rules of Scottish Athletics.
