Description

Now in its 5th year the over subscribed 7 mile run up 7 nasty hills and through 2 long water tunnels is very polpular.

It is a very tough hill run through the Forest of Dean and takes in some of the beautiful scenery and some of the Forests History as you run almost waist deep in icy water through the under road waterways.

If you can complete the run in under 60 mins you will be awarded the coveted SUB 60 Tee shirt..

Pride is still awarded for those outside the hour with a well earned finishers medal.

Entries are limited to 300 so book online today as it was oversubscribed in 2013.
